Program Canoe – SUP
It is now possible to take an excursion on a canoe or sup. With Nera Adventure River you will go down two different stretches of the Nera river with two different boats, an air canoe and a sup. We’ll meet you at the seat of Ferentillo where you will be given the complete equipment, then our instructors will give you a specific lesson.
You will go down the first stretch of the Nera river on an air canoe and you will learn how to paddle. Here you will admire really beautiful views of Umbriano (the ghosts’ town) and Ferentillo fortresses. After a stop you will begin the descent of the second stretch of the Nera river. This part of the descent is more demanding because you will have to stand on the sup, but don’t worry! If you get tired and along the most difficult parts a sup can become a suk which is like a single canoe where you can sit, moreover you will always be accompanied by our instructors.
